UK Delivery Information

We aim to ship all orders within two working days. A signature is required on delivery.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature – £6.05 – 1–2 business days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature – £7.30 – 1 business day
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – £11.95 – 1 business day
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday – £17.34 – 1 business day
• Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature on UK orders over £150 – 1 business day

Jersey and Guernsey are also available using the same Royal Mail delivery services and rates.

International delivery charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Zone 2 – Austria, Denmark and Switzerland – £16.95 – DPD, 4 working days
• Zone 3 – Czechia, Italy, Slovakia and Spain – £18.95 – DPD, up to 5 working days
• Zone 4 – Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden – £26.95 – DPD, up to 5 working days
• Zone 5 – Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway and Romania – £42.55 – DPD, 4 working days
• Zone 7 – Indonesia, Japan and South Korea – £50.00 – DHL Express, 4 working days
• Zone 7 – China – £50.00 – DHL Express, 4–5 working days
• Zone 7 – New Zealand – £53.00 – DHL Express, 5–6 working days
• Zone 7 – Thailand – £53.00 – DHL Express, 4–5 working days
• Zone 8 – Türkiye – £43.00 – DHL Express, 3–4 working days

A signature is required on delivery.

All international shipments customs and import charges are to be paid by the recipient.

Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and any handling charges will be deducted from any refund due.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about any applicable charges before placing your order.

We reserve the right to use a different carrier if necessary.

We are unable to send to PO Boxes or other addresses where it is not possible to obtain a signature on delivery.
